Bob Karlis/Principal

 An accomplished entrepreneur and marketer, Bob has served as president/CEO of multiple successful businesses including start-up divisions of Johnson & Johnson, Cadbury Schweppes, Millipore, and a series of smaller, privately held and financed ventures. With an impressive success rate leading business start-ups and turn-arounds, Bob founded CABOT Business Brokers  as an outgrowth of his prior work with early-stage ventures and his identification of their need for a disciplined, experienced business approach when pursuing a sales transaction.

Bob holds both a BS in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA from Northeastern University.  He has taught entrepreneurial business courses at Manhattanville College and Quincy Junior College and is a member of the New England Business Brokers Association (NEBBA.) and is a licensed RE Salesperson in Massachusetts.

 

Gerry Pelissier/Broker

With his broad entrepreneurial background, Gerry brings a wealth of experience ranging from being the founder and CEO of a successful franchise concept (Quikava) which he sold to a NYSE company (Chock Full of Nuts), to working as the Director of Franchising for two Fortune 500 companies (Sara Lee and PepsiCo).  He has personally experienced both sides of the sales transaction having bought and sold four businesses.  Over the past 20 years he has assisted over one hundred franchisees in buying and selling a business as well as negotiating terms and leases.

 Gerry holds a BS in Business Administration from Stonehill College with a minor in psychology and is a licensed RE Salesperson in Massachusetts.

 

Brian Dziuba/Broker

 With over 20 years of experience as a senior level executive with Fortune 500 companies including IBM and Pepsi, Brian brings a wealth of experience in various aspects of finance, strategic planning, and sales.  He has a talent for quickly understanding the financial and strategic aspects of businesses across many industries and for identifying and bringing forward potential purchase candidates who he then diligently manages through the sales transaction cycle.

 Brian holds a BBA and MBA from The Sellinger School of Business and Management at Loyola College in Maryland.
