“One-Stop Shopping”: Unlike most of the company’s major competitors, the company offers CNAs as well as registered nurses filling all client needs without having to call a national agency first for RNs and then someone else for CNAs.

Daily Pay: The Company offers next day pay for all personnel. While some competitors offer daily pay, many restrict it to only per diem employees, not master booking or travel. The national competitors usually only offer weekly pay which is a competitive disadvantage for them.

Personal Relationships: The Greater Los Angeles area has a very high percentage of people of Filipino descent and many of them work in healthcare, and in particular, as both nursing office managers and staffing coordinators at the major hospitals. The company’s staffing coordinators are multi-lingual and can interface easily with those hospital personnel as well as with the Filipino working staff.

 

Opportunities: Due to fluctuating staffing needs, hospitals often need temporary help and the Greater Los Angeles area has over 150 hospitals.
