An accomplished entrepreneur and marketer, Bob has served as president/CEO of multiple successful businesses including start-up divisions of Johnson & Johnson, Cadbury Schweppes, Millipore, and a series of smaller, privately held and financed ventures. With an impressive success rate leading business start-ups and turn-arounds, Bob founded CABOT Business Brokers as an outgrowth of his prior work with early-stage ventures and his identification of their need for a disciplined, experienced business approach when pursuing a sales transaction.
Bob holds both a BS in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA from Northeastern University. He has taught entrepreneurial business courses at Manhattanville College and Quincy College, is a member of the New England Business Brokers Association (NEBBA.) and is a licensed RE Salesperson in Massachusetts.
Jack McGrath has had a broad-based business career spanning forty years owning and managing companies in distribution, service industries, commercial general contracting, condominium and land development, and finance. He has worked with the acquisition of numerous businesses as well as having sold several companies that he started. Confidentiality, effective follow-up and intermediary skills are paramount in his approach to earning your confidence and consummating a successful transaction. The vision that has allowed Jack to start and build successful companies is the same vision that will allow him to complete the sale or acquisition of your enterprise.
